Our fees are based on the rate approved for Estate Management services by Federal Government of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). The institution has made allowance for negotiations between the parties when the volume of work is large. If assurance of large volume of work is given, we might be interested in negotiating a fees scale.
